Catchline texts back the callers you miss, lets them book online, and gives you one inbox to close the loop. Customers keep calling the number they already know.
What happens on a missed call
A customer calls your business number and you do not pick up. Your carrier hands the unanswered call to your Catchline number. Answered calls never reach Catchline.
Within about ten seconds the caller gets a text in your business name: sorry we missed you, reply here or book a time. On Growth and Pro the text carries your booking link.
You get a text alert on your phone with the caller's number, and the call appears in your Catchline inbox.
The customer replies or books. Replies land in the inbox and alert you. Bookings get a confirmation text and a day-before reminder.
You reply from your phone or laptop, complete the job, and on Pro a review request goes out in your words.
What it is not
- It does not answer calls for you. Your phone rings exactly as it does today. Catchline only sees the calls you do not pick up.
- It does not replace your calendar. Bookings live in Catchline, and you get a text and an inbox entry for each one.
- It never texts anyone who has not called you or booked with you. There are no marketing lists.
