Pick your industry
Your industry sets the starting services, hours, the wording of every text and the look of your booking page.

Catchline has presets for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping and lawn, salon and barber, auto repair and detailing, med spa and aesthetics, pet grooming, and other local businesses. Pick the closest one on the Industry step of setup or under Settings, Business profile.
What the preset changes
- The starting list of services with durations and prices, which you edit on the Services step.
- Typical opening hours.
- The wording of the missed-call text, the after-hours text, the booking confirmation, the reminder and the review request, all with your business name in them.
- What a booking is called: a service visit, an appointment, an estimate, an inspection, a drop-off or a visit.
- Whether the booking page asks the customer for a service address.
- The icon and accent colour on your booking page.
Changing it later
Change the industry under Settings, Business profile at any time. Services and hours you have already saved stay as they are. Texts you have not reworded switch to the new industry's wording; texts you have edited keep your wording.
Other local business is a real preset with plain wording, not a dead end.
