Cancelling

Cancel from Billing at any time. Service runs to the end of the paid period, and you can change your mind before then.

Updated

On this page

Cancel anytime from Billing. Your service runs until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no need to email anyone.

  1. Open Billing. Only the owner or a manager can cancel.

  2. On the current plan card, choose Cancel plan and confirm.

  3. The card shows the date your plan ends. Everything keeps working until then.

  4. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my plan on the same card before the end date and the cancellation is undone.

After the end date

  • Text-backs, confirmations, reminders and review requests stop. Calls are still logged and customers can still text you.
  • Your Catchline number is kept for 14 days, with an email warning on day 10, then released. Subscribing again within 14 days keeps the number; after that you get a new one.
  • Your data stays in your account. Download a copy under Settings, Security and data at any time.

Deleting the account

Deleting is separate from cancelling and cannot be undone. It removes the business, every conversation, booking and contact, cancels the subscription and releases the number at once, with no 14-day grace period. The owner does it under Settings, Security and data by typing the business name. Download a copy of your data first if you want one.

Turning forwarding off

Cancelling does not change your carrier's forwarding. If you stop using Catchline, dial the turn-off code for your carrier so unanswered calls go back to your voicemail. The codes are in Set up call forwarding.
