The free trial
14 days with everything in Pro, no card to start, and what happens when it ends.

Every new business starts with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan: text-backs, online booking, reminders, review requests, unlimited users and the Pro text allowance. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
During the trial
- The days left are shown in the sidebar and on Billing.
- Emails go out 3 days and 1 day before the end, with what Catchline has handled for you so far.
- Choose a plan at any point. Billing starts then.
When it ends
- Text-backs, confirmations, reminders and review requests pause. Calls are still logged, the booking page shows your details but no times, and customers can still text you.
- Your number is kept for 14 days. On day 10 you get an email warning that it will be released; after day 14 it is given up for good. Choose a plan before then to keep it.
- Your conversations, contacts, bookings and settings are kept.
To pick a plan, open Billing and choose one. You are taken to a secure checkout for the card.
