Connecting your Google review link
Paste the link that opens the Write a review box for your business, so requests have somewhere to send people.

On this page
Catchline needs your Google review link before it can send a request. It is saved under Settings, Business profile.
Find the link
Sign in to Google Business Profile with the account that manages your listing, or search your business name on Google while signed in and use the panel that appears.
Choose Ask for reviews. Google shows a short link that opens the review box.
Copy it. It starts with https:// and usually contains g.page or search.google.com.
Save it
Open Settings, Business profile.
Paste the link into Google review link. It must be the full address, starting with https://.
Save. The Reviews page stops showing the setup notice and requests can be sent.
Check it
Send yourself a request from the Reviews page using your own mobile number, tap the link, and confirm the review box opens for the right business. That request counts as one text.
Any https:// link works, so a business that collects reviews somewhere else can use that page instead. The default wording asks for a Google review; change it under Settings, Messages and automation on Pro.
